Dear ANCA teachers,

 

As I said, I would like to put daily meditation in this place instead of having a meeting everyday early in the morning. I hope you may be enlightened from this morning sharing.

Organizing a new ESL program

1. Heater in the school is on. Please do not use personal heaters. keep the window closed.

2. Leadership school: conversation based curriculum. interview for new student..placement test

3. Advertise the winter camp to the students.

4. Record attendance-notify Grace or Dr. Kwak with any absents

5. SAT prep, TOEFL courses

6. Dec. 21st for the Christmas Celebration

1. 11/5 Board of Director Opening Ceremony is on this Saturday. Choir practice will be held at the chapel on Friday, 12:00pm.

2. After Saturday, the Board of Director will manage the school matters. Joseph will remain as a school principal.

3. Brochure for the event is ready, keep preparing for the event.

4. Starting tomorrow, Joseph will hold a teacher-student-parent meeting for each grade.

5. Progress on 7Star: feedback from the students/teachers

6. Joseph will create a special ESL program for our international school students.

7. Gather ideas on discipline program for ESL students who are disruptive and disrespecful.

8. Winter Camp in Philippines.

3. Parents meeting went very well. All the parents were very cooperative and willing to support the school.

4. Upgrade the school image (especially for the preschool). Please think about fresh ideas for events, or how to upgrade the school image
